Made an order for delivery over $100 for delivery, after going through two drivers, I didn't even get a single call for delivery, literally didn't even try, and had the nerve to try and mark the order complete on me. Don't bother using this service

I mean, decent place. Good prices for juice.But when i bought a new mod after my daughter was born, i bought an extra tank with it. Didnt need it til a few months later, and it turns out i was sold the WRONG TANK. Its partially my fault for not triple checking, but the woman knew what mod i bought and didn't check before she put it in the bag. I bought the aegis boost, ended up with a tank for the aegis hero. Not impressed by the lack of attention to detail here. Or really just attention....

Not even one month and its broken I got a novo 2 kit and one of the connectors to make the vape fire is jammed in it I dont know any return policies or any exchange policies please contact me I would like to get thia settled and leave a better review

I shopped at the Glendale store, I was given assistance by a customer service representative by the name of Jen. Jen was kind, courteous and above all a professional. Jen helped me obtain all of the vaping equipment and answered all of my questions. Jen made the shopping experience painless. I will be shopping Denver Electronic Cigarettes for all my vaping needs in the future.

It was my first time getting a real e-cigarette, and it was a great experience! The staff is very helpful, he walked me through all of the steps for my new podmod. Store has a great selection of mods and nicotine products. I will definitely be back.

I have been a regular costumer for almost four years now. This time when I went to purchase a new vape the sales rep tried to sale me a $180 vape kit when I only needed a need vape. I bought one for 62 instead and other than that the service was good. Giving 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾.

I worked with Chip, he helped me out with my coils and juice . Their hardware prices are as good as online prices . Cute little hole in the wall . The store is super clean and their selection is one of the best in Denver . I will definitely go back there .

The owner is very nice but they seem to cut corners in terms of quality. The coils they sell are not original (if you know a thing or two about this, there is a whole industry of China made look alike coils and liquid) but they charge for they as if they are original. They heat up moments after you replace them and the heating should occur only towards the end of life of the coil and they taste pretty horrible. Please lower the price and sell them for what they are (knock offs) but i won't be returning.

You know those hole in the wall off the beaten path places that have their own thing going on? This is it! Check it out! Has stuff most don't. All batteries come fully charged! Worth a pit stop if you can't find what your looking for they probably have it!

Went today for a new tank. Chip was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up everything so I was good to go. He gave great recommendations and didn't try to upsale me on anything I dint need. Highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood and need vape related information or products.

My boyfriend and I went in today and talked to Chip, who was super friendly and helpful. We are pretty new to vaping but have had a few cheapo vapes before. I always felt uncomfortable when we went into the shops and ended up leaving without getting what I wanted or really understanding what all we needed. That wasn't the case at the Denver Electronic Cigarettes store today! We got everything we need and more and will definitely be back. Thanks!

Well, amidst the pandemic I pulled an ultimate “no-no”. I left my COVID mask at work and drove up to this spot. Before I went in I realised I had no mask, and saw the “no mask no entry” sign in the window which I absolutely respect and love. So I called from my car and a dude named Jake answered. He could not have been more helpful. My man took the order over the phone and was cool enough to meet me in the parking lot with HIS mask on. As a local business operator I realise that Jake did not HAVE to help me in that situation having no mask, but he did and I am forever grateful and forever a customer. I also met Chip the other day and he walked me through the juice selection and got me into the new FRYD brands, nice work dude, they were right up my alley. Great team you have up here. This place price gouges in the middle of a global pandemic. They charge 4 times the price for a pack of novo pods. Charge 26 dollars for a bottle of juice you can buy online for 10 dollars. Not to mention their options are very limited. No dessert flavors. Go to Denver smokes and Vapes less than a mile away from this place. The guy there has fair prices and is actually friendly.
